Quality excellence is our core value. In 2010, the company approved IATF16949 : 2016, an internationally-recognized certification for automotive industry. Through its history, STONKAM® always aims to providing high-end and reliable products, by adhering to the quality management guideline“keep improving to meet customers’ needs”and to the strict standard of IATF16949 : 2016. With the help of Enterprise Information System PDM and ERP, STONKAM® has proceeded the five QC processes of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) from designing and developing, raw material control, production process to delivery inspection.
STONKAM® has come a long way in international certification. Most of our products have approved export products certification, like CE, FCC, IP69K, RoHS, E-MARK, SAE, C-TICK, MIC and R&TTE etc.
Centering on strict quality control, STONKAM® adopts a lot of advanced equipment for low and high temperature test, vibration test, salt spray test, swing test, waterproof test, aging test and ESD test etc.
